Jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy vlastn\u00edk byl nucen platit ve\u0161ker\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed za probl\u00e9mov\u00e9ho n\u00e1jemn\u00edka po n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. V\u00a0extr\u00e9mn\u00ed situaci, pokud vlastn\u00edk s\u00e1m byt spl\u00e1c\u00ed, tak se m\u016f\u017ee d\u00edky tomu s\u00e1m dostat do insolvence. Proto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z Pir\u00e1tsk\u00e9 strany omezit opakovan\u00e9 kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 n\u00e1jmy bez dal\u0161\u00edch \u00faprav vztahu mezi n\u00e1jemn\u00edkem a n\u00e1jemce a z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed garance vymahatelnosti pr\u00e1va vlastn\u00edka v\u00a0dan\u00e9m term\u00ednu, je kontraproduktivn\u00ed.
